Where to begin. This week, only one word: interesting.

First; Me and Marthe went to a real studio to record some voice we needed to our project. It was awesome, I’m so glad that my sister managed to do that, we used high professional stuff and all.

Then; We found our way to the Hovefestival’s offices. We helped them with some flyers and posters. Fun, fun.

Today; Hovefest. Kick Off Tour.

I don’t really know where to start. Annette, Marthe, Cath, Tonje and I went to Grand Scene today. Since we’re under 18, we weren’t really allowed to be there longer than 20.00. For those under 18 there was supposed to be a concert at 19.00 but it canceled, cause no one, except me and my friends, showed up. We were there at 18.00, and I had VIP/Guest List tickets for myself.

Ivel was there. (Say it “evil” XD) He looked really scary, but he is the cutest guy ever. I’d never seen him before, just talked once on the phone but somehow he knew at once that I had the VIP/Guest List tickets O_o I donno how he knew, he was all like “Oh, you’re on the list? You’re the one I talked to on the phone, right? :D”

We sat there about an hour. Then the tour manager guy comes up to us.
“It’s kinda crowded here, eh?” There was nobody else than us. “We canceled the show at 19.00, but since you’re here, and have paid for a show, you can just aswell be here the rest of the night.” We were really happy. We weren’t really allowed to be there.

Then Ivel comes up to us again, and he has this really long talk about not drinking underage. I suppose he trusted us. We didn’t drink at all that night.

They wanted to throw us out. But we refused. Ivel and one guy starts arguing about letting us stay or throw us out. We stayed. Thanks.

After 5 hours after we’d gotten there the first concert was to start.
Black Blood World. I didn’t know that Ivel was the singer, or one of the singers. He’s awesome. They rocked hard. They’re a local band, but I wonder why they’re not big, they were really awesome.

Cougar. I saw them last year, at the rock marathon. They’re awesome too. Metal’ish. Headbanging. The bassist is really cool. And the lead singer / vocalist threw the guitar to the “crowd” and it hit my shoulder, and I was all “OWWW”. I think he might noticed.

Turdus Musicus. They were the best. (http://www.myspace.com/turdusmusicus) Diamond was awesome to sing with. And in one of the song, the lead vocalist said “And all the boys and girls have to sing” and he pointed at me and Tonje. When he put the microphone in between us, I backed up.

Pirate Love. The music itself were ok, but the singer. He was really disgusting. He made out with my best friend, while playing. He was probably middle 20’s and my bff only 16. I don’t know if he was drunk or not, he seemed pretty “down to earth” but he was really angry for some reason.

I’m tired, it’s 3am over here, came home about an hour ago. I’m full of beer and whatnot. It’s kinda gross. It has been really, really fun though. Can’t wait for the festival, June 23 – 27. :D

I do have some pics, but my camera broke down. I’ll post them tomorrow, along with some vid’s if I get the time.
